A Hotelgiftcard gives you the freedom to book an overnight stay at participating hotels in the Netherlands and abroad. Simply search for an available hotel, choose the stay that suits you and redeem your gift card during checkout.

Yes. A wide selection of Fletcher Hotels can be found through Hotelgiftcard. Availability may differ depending on the hotel, destination and travel dates. The easiest way to see which Fletcher Hotels can currently be booked is to search directly on hotelgiftcard.com.

Please note: A booking made directly through Fletcher cannot later be paid for with your Hotelgiftcard. Your reservation must be made through Hotelgiftcard for the gift card to be redeemed.

You can only redeem your Hotelgiftcard online at hotelgiftcard.com as part of a booking made through the Hotelgiftcard website. It cannot be used on the Fletcher Hotels website or presented as a payment card at the hotel reception.

Follow these steps:

1. Visit hotelgiftcard.com
2. Search for Fletcher or your preferred destination
3. Choose an available hotel and travel date
4. Continue to checkout
5. Enter your Hotelgiftcard details in the gift card section
6. The available balance is deducted from the booking amount

If your booking costs more than the balance on your card, you can pay the remaining amount using one of the available payment methods.

Depending on what is available through Hotelgiftcard, your gift card can be redeemed for:

• Overnight stays
• Stays that include additional services (e.g. wellness or dinner packages)
• Eventuele upgrades (indien beschikbaar via het platform)

Please note: Your Hotelgiftcard only applies to items included in the reservation made through hotelgiftcard.com. Separate purchases made at the hotel, such as drinks at the bar, restaurant bills or additional wellness treatments, cannot normally be paid for with the Hotelgiftcard unless they were already included in your booked package.

Yes. You can redeem more than one Hotelgiftcard during the same booking. Add the cards during checkout and the available balances will be applied to your reservation. If there is still an amount left to pay, you can complete the payment using an available payment method.

1. Can I pay with my Hotelgiftcard at the Fletcher reception?
   No. Your Hotelgiftcard must be redeemed online through hotelgiftcard.com when making your reservation.
    
2. How do I redeem my Hotelgiftcard?

3. Are all Fletcher Hotels available?
   No. Only Fletcher Hotels that are available through hotelgiftcard.com for your chosen dates can be booked with the Hotelgiftcard.
    
4. Can I use my Hotelgiftcard for dinner or wellness?
   Only when these are included in a package or booking made through Hotelgiftcard. Separate expenses at the property are not covered.
    
5. Can I make a last-minute Fletcher booking?
   Yes. If a Fletcher Hotel is available for your preferred date, you can book it online straight away.
    
6. What happens to unused balance?
   Any unused credit remains available on your Hotelgiftcard until the card expires.
