Payment and Prices
1.3 All prices displayed of products and services are ,unless stated otherwise, in Euros and include any taxes. Give a Night gift cards are not subject to VAT. Give a Night does its best to present all information as accurate as possible on its website. However, there may be occasions when some of the information on the website may be incomplete, erroneous or inaccurate. This is unintentional and we apologize if erroneous information affects your order. In such an occasion, Give a Night reserves the right to amend such erroneous information and prices without prior notice.
1.4 Payments are immediately due when ordering. Payments can be made by Visa, MasterCard, American Express and available local payment methods. All Give a Night payment processes are properly secured. 1.5 Business orders are settled by invoice payment. Orders are sent immediately, yet the gift cards are activated after the order payment is settled.

1.6 Unless stated otherwise, the copyright of the material (including logos, graphics, text, etc.) on this website is property of Give a Night. Without Give a Night’s written consent, no part of this website may be used or reproduced.

Governing Law

Ordering the Give a Night Hotel Gift Card
2.1 The Give a Night hotel gift card can be ordered at giveanight.com. To secure the gift card’s value, a security code under a scratch area is required for redemption of the gift card. If the gift card is delivered with a damaged scratch area, please contact our customer support immediately.
2.2 Give a Night handles and ships all orders with great care. However, Give a Night remains dependent on third parties for shipment of the gift cards. Consequently, Give a Night cannot be held accountable for any delay or damaging in the delivery of orders.

Cancel Payment
2.4 Payments (pending) cannot be amended or cancelled.

Redeeming Give a Night Hotel Gift Cards
2.5 It is not possible to redeem your Give a Night hotel gift card for funds / cash payment.

Loss of your Give a Night Hotel Gift Card
2.6 Stolen or lost gift cards cannot be compensated or replaced.

2.7 All Give a Night gift cards are valid indefinitely, excluding Give a Night gift cards sold via Swiss Post offices which are valid for 2 (two) years after the issuing date. Only Give a Night gift cards with a gift card code generated by Give a Night are valid. Give a Night reserves the right to block any gift card of which the payment has been cancelled or not received in any way. In case one or more bookings have been made with a gift card that has not fully been paid for, Give a Night reserves the right to cancel these bookings.


Hotel Booking
3.1 All Give a Night gift cards are redeemable for all hotels that are showing availability on giveanight.com. The Give a Night gift card value is - on the payment screen when making a booking - deducted from the amount payable. Per booking one gift card can be used. If the gift card is not used in full at once, the remainder stays valid indefinitely. If the booking is more expensive than the gift card, the remainder can be paid for by online payment. 3.2 After the payment and/or redemption of the gift card, the user receives the booking confirmation. The user prints this booking confirmation and shows it when checking-in at the hotel. Assure to have your identification with you, as the hotel could request this.

Cancel Booking
3.3 Unless specified otherwise when making the booking, the booking can be cancelled without any charge up to 6 days before the date of arrival. To cancel your booking, send an email to bookings@giveanight.com with your booking number and gift card code. Your gift card will be re-charged with the full amount of the booking. At any later date, cancellation is no longer possible.
3.4 In the case of a no-show (i.e. remaining absent from the booked hotel) there will be no refund.

Hotel Complaints
3.5 If you have complaints about (staying in) the hotel, please contact the hotelier. Give a Night is not liable for any claims or complaints about (staying in) the hotel.

3.6 Give a Night is doing its best to keep the prices and availability of the hotels as accurate as possible. Still, the accuracy of our information is based on information supplied by tens of thousands of hotels. Consequently, Give a Night cannot guarantee that all information is accurate and faultless at all times. Give a Night cannot be held responsible for omissions or errors in the information provided by the hotels.
