We sincerely appologise, but Travel Technology HMA BV is not able to get the hotel booking website back online. We have worked hard in the past few weeks to find a solution for all card holders. Please go to this website (in Dutch) to find out more: http://afwikkelinggiveanight.nl

Travel Technology HMA BV, the company that currently takes care of redemptions of the HotelGiftCard.com / GiveANight vouchers, is working on a solution and expects to have a solution by May 1st.
We apologise for the inconvenience and thank all holders of cards for their patience.

Restorting the full website will not be possible within budget. A new temporary server has been rented to get the card numbers back. The server will be installed over the next few days.

Rackspace have spoken with DCOPs to see what options we have with getting the data restored. They have confirmed that they are able to plug the drives from our existing server into a new server using a USB caddy which will hopefully allow us to get access to the data if no corruption has occurred. Considering the device can't come back online and MBU need the device online, the caddy option would be the best step forward.
This option will require a new server to be in place and online before we can connect the caddy so Rackspace is trying to get a new server online ASAP. Once the caddy is connected to the server our data will hopefully be available immedietly for us to start moving it around and configuring the new server.

Rackspace found that in order to restore the backup, the server needs to be repaired. This is a problem that Rackspace is currently looking into. We apologise to our customers for the inconvience, we're doing everything we can to speed up this process.

The server has been fully backed up. It is unsure how to restore the backup, waiting for Rackspace to update us on this.

The server has died and it is not powering back up. The hosting provider (Rackspace) cannot repair the server, so a new server needs to be installed.
